Pender Radio is a volunteer-run community radio station. We collect only what we need to operate the station and respond to your enquiries. This policy explains how we handle your personal information.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message content. If you create an account, we store your username, email address, and password (hashed — never in plain text).
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information only to respond to your enquiries and to operate the station. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
COOKIES
We use a session cookie for authenticated users (staff and DJs). Anonymous visitors do not receive persistent cookies. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our episode archives are hosted on Mixcloud. Listening to archive episodes may subject you to Mixcloud's own privacy policy. Our streaming audio is delivered via a third-party streaming service.
